OraSys can deliver and install a fully integrated digital imaging and patient management system. The joint solution is comprised of a RIS customizable enterprise software, a PACS storage system and of diagnostic, light, zero footprint web and mobile viewers.

OraSys can provide ongoing service and support for insuring the healthcare unit's regular operation.

We provide a range of services depending on customers' needs. Some of those services include:

  • Study and Identification of operational customer needs (in collaboration with the customer)
  • Consulting services regarding equipment and infrastructure required for system installation and operation (servers, workstations, Archiving Equipment etc)
  • ImaginX deployment services according to customer's size and needs.
  • Training and Support Plans tailored to each customer's needs.

Remote Support Services

As part of our commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction, OraSys offers customers immediate, live, remote service and support.
A dedicated and qualified technical support team is there to help resolve any issues that may arise with an OraSys solution. This includes working with other third party vendors as necessary.
